The Idea of establishing this Firm was conceived in 2001 by One Mr. Themistocles L. Rwegasira.

In 2004, Mr. Themistocles decided to join Tumaini University to under-take a profession that would make him an advocate (LLB.. Degree), by that time he already held an Advanced Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Finance Management in Dar es salaam by 1999. In 2006, Mr. Themistocles graduated as an LLB. Degree holder.Thereafter, he joined the Bar (as an Advocate) in 2011, from that moment establishing a Firm was a real thing in his life dreams. All this time, the Mr. Themi had other career ranging from Banking to ICT and Telecom as was working with top ranked world class companies ( i.e. Stand chartered Bank, then, Africa online, Vizada Networks and finally Startlel Tanzania) serving from Bank Clark to top Managerial Posts as, Credit Controller, Business Development Manager, Head of Sales and Marketing, Director of Sales ,Chief Commercial Officer. In all his carrier he managed to climbed up to the Directorship role for East and Southern Africa while working for the Norwegian company (Vizada Network Limited).


Mr. Themi realized that he can not make a good organization by himself and decided to invite other good learned brothers and sisters to make up the Firm at your service. The first person to show interest was Advocate Anna Mushi, then Diana Butungi and Ninaclara Mbura. Almost All four Advocates at EA Attorneys have attained post Graduate studies and or Masterly level. They believe that to be the best you must first know, then master your areas of specialization.
 
 
  Has extensive knowledge in commercial law and had led the corporate department in attending various legal assignments to Banks and Financial Institutions. Ninaclara joined Tumaini University Iringa Collage in 2002 where she had her LLB. Degree,thereafter; in 2008 she obtained her Masters degree from Wales in the United Kingdom at one of the credit-able Institution known as Cardiff University where she specialized in Commercial Law. From 2008 to 2012, Ninaclara had been working with K and M Advocates in various legal departments, starting as a legal officer to the Head of Department. Among assignments conducted by her includes but not limited to Drafting of legal documents, Contract, Mortgage Registration, Receivership Process Handler Due Diligences, and Debt Collection Expert. Also, she attends court proceedings, hearing and Briefs.
 
 
 
 
  Is one of our resourceful advocates at EA Attorneys. He obtained his (LLB) degree in 2010 from Ruaha University College (RUCO) Iringa. Before joining EA Attorneys, he worked at Utrack Africa ltd as the Head of Customer Service and Company Legal Advisor while pursuing Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, he graduated in July 2015. Nicolaus joined EA Attorneys in August 2015, he attends court proceedings,hearing and briefs. Working with EA Attorneys did not limit him to take up more responsibilities as he is now working with the Institute of Social Work as Head of legal Unit and as well as Acting Secretary to the Board of Governors. Nicolaus likes challenges as he now pursue his LLM (Corporate and Commercial Law) at the University Of Dar Es Salaam School Of Law. Nicolaus loves to solve complex legal tasks including Drafting of Pleadings, Skeleton Arguments, Affidavits and other legal Assignments such as appearing at High Courts, the District and the Resident Magistrate Courts as well as other Judicial Bodies where appearance is allowed.
 
 
  He is a Legal officer, he poses an LLB degree from Tumaini University of Dar Es Salaam in 2013 and joined EA Attorneys in October 2014 to-date. He is dealing with several assignments including drafting of legal documents, contract, mortgage registration as well as follow up on legal proceedings. Lusekelo is expecting to join the Law school soon and he is determined to become an influential and successful Advocate in the region. Lusekelo has mastered the knowledge on Documentation and he is an asset to the firm.
 
 
  She works as Administrative officer handling staff matters as well as financial assistance on Cash and Bank transactions. In addition, she is responsible for store keeping as well as stock control. She also deals with purchases and Management of deliveries to and from corporate clients. Inviolatha is one friendly person as most people around her likes to interact with.
 
 
  He was there when the firm started in 2011/2012; he is dealing with several assignments including facilitating drafting of legal documents, contract, and mortgage during registration of Corporate Client’s documents of various institutions around the country. Respicius is among self-motivated individuals who work as Administrative officer handling staff matters as well as financial assistance on Cash and Bank transactions, he also deals with purchases and Management of deliveries to and from corporate clients. He was one of the Best Employee for the year 2015/16 and never rests unless his assignments are completed.
